1. Crust/Bread - unopened crust/bread should
be stored in the refrigerator and if not used within the first 7 days, should be
stored in the freezer for no longer than 95 days. Frozen crust/bread may be thawed
at room temperature in about 30 minutes. Crust/bread should be
thawed prior to baking.
2. Sauce - unopened sauce may be stored
at room temperature, in the refrigerator or freezer for up to 120 days. Frozen sauce
may be thawed at room temperature in about 30 minutes (4.25 oz) and 15 minutes (1.5
oz.).
3. Pork Pepperoni - Unopened pepperoni may be stored
in the refrigerator for up to 30 days or stored in the freezer for up to 120 days.
Frozen pepperoni may be thawed at room temperature in about 30 minutes.

Pizza Cheese - Unopened pizza cheese may be stored in the refrigerator for approximately
14 days or up to 95 days in the freezer. Frozen cheese may be
thawed in the refrigerator in about 3 hours. Frozen cheese must be used within 10
days of defrosting. Please note, any time a cheese is frozen it may lose some of
its quality. However, this cheese will freeze as well as, or better, than most.
5. Buttery Sauce/Garlic Buttery Sauce - Unopened
garlic buttery sauce may be stored in the refrigerator or freezer for up to 120
days. Frozen sauce may be thawed at room temperature in about 10 minutes.
6. Seasoning Mix/Pepperoni Spice Pack
– Should be stored in a cool, dry place to prevent clumping.
7. Parmesan/Salt Mix - unopened each may be stored
at room temperature, in the refrigerator or in the freezer for up to 90 days. If
frozen, thaw at room temperature in about 15 minutes.
8. Place & Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies - Cookie
dough must be stored in the refrigerator for up to 30 days, or in freezer for up
to 120 days.
